How Does This Program Work?

We have a Simple PROVEN 5-Step Process to Getting You the Results YOU want… FAST!

  1. Schedule your Strategy Call and Complete your Application – Use the scheduler on the page to book your call with a time that is convenient for you.  Please make sure that whatever time you pick, you will be able to provide your FULL attention. After you’ve booked the call, fill out the application as completely as you can.  Your time is valuable, and the application will give me some background info and a better understanding of your goals so you can get the most value out of your call.
  2. 60 Minute Strategy Call – During the call we’ll discuss your current health as well as your overall goals.  Everyone is unique, so it’s important to understand exactly where you are and where you want to be to. Once clear on that, I can determine if we can help you.  If at the end of the call, we both believe this will be a fit, we will get started on your transformation right away!
  3. Specifically, Customized Training and Nutrition Plan – This is NOT a cookie cutter diet/workout.  We will build the program around your schedule and include foods that you enjoy eating. Ultimately, once you complete this program, you will have a blueprint to maintain your vibrant health for life.  More importantly… because you can still eat the foods you like… you’ll LOVE it!
  4. Habits, Mindset and Accountability – Aside from the training and nutrition, I will be there every step of the way as your coach and accountability partner.  We will have weekly check-ins along with unlimited text messaging. We will also have scheduled phone-calls and we will make adjustments to any part of your program as needed.
  5. Congratulations! – You reached the end of the program and you’ve achieved your goal AND learned how to stay healthy and vibrant for the rest of your life without giving up all the foods you love!
